~ It TUES DAY AUGUST 11, 1959 .-- 3. That the clerk of the council shall, upon acceptance of the bid of arv bidder, return to the unsuccessful bidders the bonds filed with him or them respectively, and shall hold the bond of the successful bidder until the written acceptance and bond required of him or it as aforesaid shall have been filed with the clerk of council, and thereupon said clerk shall return to said success- ful bidder the bom accompanying his or its bid as aforesaid, and shall hold the bond given by him or it as hereinbefore provided. ;~. That the successful bidder shall assilllle the cost of publication of thisf'ranchise as such publication is required in this Section.
