C oUJ:'C iI, too, discussed <br /> <br /> <br />the City's other real estate holdings on Moss and Church Streets which have <br /> <br /> <br />been purchased as a site far a new City Hall or Municipal Building. <br /> <br />After reviewing a listing of the City's properties now being rented or leased, <br /> <br /> <br />COlmcil authorized City Manager Hirst to place with some local real estate firm <br /> <br /> <br />those res idential properties (awned by the City) far rent which can be listed <br /> <br /> <br />and bandIed by such a firm to the City's advantage. <br /> <br />Council tentatively called lor a special meeting oI the Council to be held in <br /> <br /> <br />the Council ChCl.mber, June 16, 1959, at 6:30 P.M., for the purpose of receiving <br /> <br /> <br />the City Manager's rocor:urended City Budget lor the fiscal year ending June 30, <br /> <br />1960. <br /> <br />C01ffiCil was adjourned. <br /> <br />'-. <br /> <br /> <br />Clerk of Council <br />
