<br />Subsection b. Quality. The quality of the natural gas to be furnished <br /> <br />and supplied the city and its inhabitants by the grantee shall at all times be of a heating <br /> <br /> <br />y....-, <br />due of not less than 1,000 British Thermal Units per cubic foot of gas so furnished, <br /> <br />unless the Federal Power Commission or other authorized governmental agency should <br /> <br />approve a lower value for gas to be delivered to the grantee by the company or companies <br /> <br />transmitting the natural gas to the grantee. <br /> <br />Subsection c. Pressure. Gas pressure, as measured at the outlet <br /> <br />{the grantee's service to any consumer, shall never be less than four inches of water <br /> <br />column, to be determined as herein provided. The grantee shall install and maintain a <br /> <br />rea.sonaJrie ftUm\Hu," of Iraphic recording pres sure gauges at points in the distribution <br /> <br />system as necessary to determine average pressure. <br /> <br />Subection d. Meter Accuracy. All gas service shall be supplied <br /> <br />through a meter which shall accurately measure the amount of gas supplied to any con- <br /> <br />s umer. The consumer shall supply a safe and proper place for the installation of such <br /> <br />meter. Meters shall be tested for accuracy by the grantee upon the request of any <br /> <br />consumer who believes his meter to be inaccurate. If, upon test, it appears that such <br /> <br />meter overruns to the extent of 3 per cent or more, the grantee shall pay the cost of <br /> <br />uch tests and shall make a refund for overcharges collected since the la.st known date <br /> <br />of accuracy but for no longer than six months, on the basis of the extent of the inaccuracy <br /> <br />found to exist at the time of the tests. If, when any meter is tested upon the demand of <br /> <br />ai customer, it is found to be accurate or slow or less than 3 per cent fast, the grantee <br /> <br />may require the customer to pay the reasonable cost of such testing. Every meter, <br /> <br />Nhether complained of by a customer or otherwise, shall be removed from service at <br /> <br />~ast once each seven years and thoroughly tested for its accuracy.
