to the State Corporation Commission. Each copy shall be forwarded to the city at the same time as the basic report is forwarded to the State Corporation Commission. In the event the supply of natural gas available, allocable or allocated to the grantee is increased beyond the amount presently allocated to it under the order of the Federal Fower Commission, or other authorized governmental agency, the grantee shall allocate and distribute to the inhabitants and consumers within the city, each time such available supply is increased, if there is then a demand for more natural gas in the city, a fair ratable share of such increased supply. \ I ! The grantee shall be allowed to mix manufactured sas with natural gas for distribution within the city as such mixture may be advantageous to the operation of the company. Such mixture, however, shall not relieve the grantee of its obligations under this franchise nor shall it relieve the grantee of the obligation to make available to the city the volume of natural gas specified in this section. ~j Should, within the period of this franchise, developments within the field of power or heating substances offer to the grantee the opportunity to more effectively, efficiently or economically serve its customers through use of a substance or material othe r than natural gas then the grantee may petition the city counc il for review or this franchise in line with such developments. Section 6. Service Standards and Controls. Subsection a. In General. The grantee agrees to provide and maintain, at all times, its entire plant and system in such condition that it will furnish safe, adequate, efficient and continuous service. 23 (- 4 - )
