<br />hereunder, that there be in effect at all times by the grantee a current attachment agree- <br /> <br />ment with each utility, is in order that the grantee may function under the conditions of pole <br /> <br />and conduit interchange of use arrangements as exist between the utilities within the city. <br /> <br />Subsection b. <br /> <br />The provisions of Subsection a, above, require an agreement between the <br /> <br />grantee and the city for use of the poles, towers and conduits of the municipal electric <br /> <br />system. In event the grantee fails to abide by or satisfactorily perform under the terms of <br /> <br />such agreement and the city council is so advised, it shall be in the discretion of the city <br /> <br />council to notify the grantee as provided in Section 19 of this franchise and to proceed as <br /> <br />provided for forfeiture of this franchise as provided in said Section 19. <br /> <br />Subsection c. <br /> <br />The grantee shall be bound by any rule, restrictive covenant or other <br /> <br />-egulations of any subdivision, residential area or restricted area, or by any ordinance <br /> <br />of the ~ity whether now or hereafter enacted, requiring utility lines to be placed underground. <br /> <br />4-a <br />
