( o Revised Draft November 23 I 1965 AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE GRANTING BY THE CITY OF MARTINSVILLE, VIRGINIA, TO A PERSON {)R PERSONS OR TO A CORPORATION, HEREINAFTER TO BE ASCERTAINED, IN THE MODE _ , -:\~:'::CRIBED BY LAW, THE RIGHT, FOR THE TERM AND UPON THE CONDITIONS HEREIN tATED, TO USE THE STREETS, ALLEYS AND PUBLIC PlACES TO CONSTRUCT, INSTALL, --cSPERATE AND MAINTAIN A COMMUNITY ANTENNA TELEVISION SYSTEM INCLUDING CONDUITS AND APPURTENANCES I NECESSARY TO THE SALE AND DISTRIBUTION OF COM- MUNITY ANTENNA TELEVISION SERVICE IN AND ALONG THE STREETS, ALLEYS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES IN THE CITY OF MARTINSVILLE, VIRGINIA; ESTABLISHING CONDITIONS CONTROLLING THE SALE AND DISTRIBUTION OF COMMUNITY ANTENNA TELEVISION; AND REGULA TING THE MANNER OF USING THE STREETS I ALLEYS AND PUBLIC WAYS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARTINSVILLE: Section 1. That there be granted in the mode prescribed by law I the nonexclusive rights and privilege to use the streets I alleys and other public places of the City of Martinsville I Virginia I for the term and upon the conditions and subject to the restrictions embodied in the following ordinance I namely: AN ORDINANCE That the right 1s hereby granted unto "grantee" I its successors and assigns I for the term and subject to the conditions and limitation hereinafter stated, to use the streets, alleys and public places of the City of Martinsville, Virginia I and to run cables and wire and to install appliances in, under and over and along he streets, alleys and public places of the City of Martinsville I for the purpose of _1>erating a community antenna television system within the corporate limits of the City of Martinsville as these limits may now exist or may hereafter be extended or altered within the period of this ",rant. . -~E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARTINSVILLE: - 1 -
