Such sign shall have a maximum area of 3 square <br /> <br />feet for each lineal foot of the shortest building frontage occupied <br /> <br />by a single permitted use.f1 .... and by adding a new paragraph, <br /> <br />entitled paragraph f1e", to read f1For each premises having accessory <br /> <br />vehicular service entrances, one identification wall sign over each <br /> <br />. <br />such entrance, having a maximum area of one square foot for each <br /> <br />lineal foot of entrance opening. Such sign shall serve only to <br /> <br />identify the general purpose of such entrance and shall bear no <br /> <br />reference to a specific name or product sold on the premises.1I <br /> <br />Also, by report dated November 9, 1965, the Planning Commission unanimously <br /> <br />recommended that no amendment be enacted to the City's 'Zoning Code to permit <br /> <br />the conduct of the business of IIPalmistry" at 209 Broad Street. In accepting <br /> <br />this recommendation, Council denied the petition of Mrs. Ruby Costello, as <br /> <br />filed with Council on October 26, 1965. <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry of Mr. C. Harry Anglin, Council indicated that it <br /> <br />would prepare a final draft of a proposed CATV franchise ordinance within the <br /> <br />immediate future, with the intent of advertising same for bids pursuant to <br /> <br />prescribed regulations. <br />
