H. Wimbish, on August 11, 1964, <br /> <br />to construct at his expense--and in accordance with the City's regulations and <br /> <br />specifications--and extend the City's eight-inch sewer line from its present <br /> <br />terminus to serve lots Nos. 31, 32, 33, and 34 on the southeast side of Grandview <br /> <br />Road outside the City's corporate limits, Council authorized the execution by <br /> <br />appropriate Ci'~y officials--on behalf of the City--a contract with Mr. Wimbish, <br /> <br />upon the condition (as recommended by the Planning Co~sion) that Mr. Wimbish <br /> <br />establish deed covenants on these lots consistent with the "R-9 Residential" <br /> <br />classification of the City's Zon~ng Ordinance. <br /> <br />Council was informed that the terms of office of all members of the Mayor's <br /> <br />Committee on Public Relations, which special committee was established by <br /> <br />Council on August 27, 1963, for one year beginning September 1, 1963, have <br /> <br />expired; whereupon, in acknowledging the importance of this committee and its <br /> <br />work and in appreciation of its contribution during the year ended, Council <br /> <br />unanimously continued the committee for another year (beginning September 1, <br /> <br />1964) with the request that the members thereof continue their membership for <br /> <br />another year. <br /> <br />City Manager Hirst pointed out to Council that the street identified as Park <br /> <br />Court, off Cherokee Trail, originally was a dedicated street but, in subsequent <br /> <br />transfers of lots on this street to purchasers of these lots, deeds were <br />
