<br />94 <br /> <br />TUESDAY <br />--- <br /> <br />JULY 28, 1964 <br /> <br />Hirst suggested that Council establish some policy by which the City <br /> <br />might be guided not only in the case before Council but also when <br /> <br />future and similar requests are received, where sewer lines have not <br /> <br />been constructed along undeveloped residential property or have not <br /> <br />been included in plans for construction. Council continued Mr. Beeler's <br /> <br />request for study, pending a report and recommendation to be presented <br /> <br />by City Manager Hirst at Council's next regular meeting. <br /> <br />City Manager Hirst informed Council of the receipt of two bids for the <br /> <br />construction of certain sewer lines in the vicinity of the (new) Armory <br /> <br />Road and Moss street, viz., a bid of $13,144.00 fro:n Prillaman & Pace and <br /> <br />a bid of $14,000.00 from Hackler-Seynlour Metal Works; whereupon, Council <br /> <br />unanimously accepted the lower bid (of $13,144.00) submitted by Prillaman and <br /> <br />Pace. <br /> <br />Council was adjourned. <br /> <br />'\ <br />,II).. \. ex C <br />. .
