Y <br /> <br />T)F:CEHBF~~ 1963 <br /> <br />(Christmas Eve) to Monday, December 30, 1963, in the Council Chamber, City Hall, beginning <br /> <br />at 7 :30 P.M. <br /> <br />City)i'anager Hirst renorted that considerable study is now being given to plans for a new <br /> <br />Municipal Building (or City Hall) and that it is hoped that definite information on this <br /> <br />project can be presented to C ouneil within the near future. <br /> <br />Mr. George W. Lester, of Lester L,nnber Company, Inc., appeared before Council and requested <br /> <br />the construction by the City of curb-and-'{Utter along the north side of Northside Drive <br /> <br />adjacent to the super-market property novr under development by the petitioner, this request <br /> <br />being a renewal of like request included in Lester Lumber C onpanyl s rezoning petition which <br /> <br />Council has alread,y apnroved for the property. Mr. Lester also indicated that such <br /> <br />construction would be on a shared-cost basis and that his firm would donate right-of-'i'Tay <br /> <br />and certain grading if the project is apnroved and undertaken in the immediate futlEe. <br /> <br />Council was adjourned. <br /> <br />>.. <br /> <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />'l{.
