Turner and other Oimers of property on SUl'l'y Court - requested that the City construct (on a shared-cost basis) sone 900 feet of curb- and-gutter on Surry Court, notinp that the ,'ronerty ovmers are willing to pa:r their share of the cost at any time the Council might approve this project for construction.
