Hurd Goode of approximately 1,290 square feet along their

property fronting Sam Lion Trail for construction of curb-and-gutter along

this property and adjacent properties on a shared-cost basis.

Mr. John H. Prillaman, of 706 Beverly Way, appeared before Council and expressed

appreciation not only for the construction of curb-and-gutter along said street

but also for the City's efforts to resolve a problem involving property on the

northwest corner of Beverly Way at its intersection of Spruce Street, for which

property the owner will not give a damage waiver, thus prohibiting so far the

completion of curb-and-gutter along the side-lot line of said property. Council

agreed to include inspection of this site with its forthcoming July 6th tour of

streets.

Council was adjourned.

\
, ')
W .'~:'"'ii~;~'~~'caerk of Council

"",,-,'
