,~ n lL~ TUESDAY MAY 31, 1 966 (2) to rezone to "P-2 Professional"--as is anticipated the Planning Commission will recommend--the Kolodny Estate properties, subject to the Commission's report yet to be received; and (3) to issue the special-use permit requested by Mr. Leonard W. Hurrell, to allow dental-office occupancy at 14 S. Moss Street, under Section VIII, Subsection C, Paragraph 5, of the City's Zoning Ordinance, contingent upon the Planning Commission's recoIT~endation yet to be received. In connection with a resolution adopted by Council on April 26, 1966, authorizing the borrowing of funds for sewerage system construction in anticipation of the selling of authorized sewer bonds, and in connection with subsequent transactions relating thereto and upon recommendation of the City's bond attorneys, and with unanimous consent of Council to consider this matter during this special meeting, Councilman Thomas J. Burch introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. WHEREAS, at an election held in the City of Martinsville on March 1, 1960, $2,500,000' Sanitary Sewer Bonds were authorized to be issued pursuant to the provisions of Clause (b) of Section 127 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Virginia and $1,300,000 of said bonds have been issued, and WHEREAS, said City Council has issued $550,000 Bond Anticipation Notes in anticipation of the issuance of $1,200,000 of bonds remaining authorized and unissued and said $550,000 Bond Anticipation Note dated July 13, 1965 became due on May 9, 1966 and said City Council renewed said Bond Anticipation Note and borrowed additional funds in the amount of $650,000 by the issuance of a $1,200,000 Bond Anticipation Note dated May 9, 1966, payable November 9, 1966 and the City Council desires to ratify the issuance of said note; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia as follows:
