<br />1 <br /> <br />TUESDAY <br /> <br />JANUARY 25, 1966 <br /> <br />"............. <br /> <br />where pool or billiards are played so as to obscure a clear and <br />unobstructed vision of the area of the room to a person standing at <br />the entrance of said premises. Pool or billiards shall not be <br />allowed by the operator of said premises to be played therein between <br />the hours of 11 :30 p.m., and 6:00 a.m., or at any time on Sunday. <br />The foregoing provisions and regulations, however, shall not apply to <br />a poolroom or billiard room operated as a secondary use to a bowling <br />establishment and as a part thereof and under the same supervision. <br /> <br />/- <br /> <br />No operator of any said poolroom or billiard room shall allow minors <br />under eighteen (18) years of age to participate in any games in said <br />establishment or to loiter, lounge or frequent said establishment unless <br />the minor is accompanied by his parent or guardian or unless the operator <br />has on file in said premises the signed written consent of either parent <br />or gLardian or unless the operator has on file in said premises the <br />signed written consent of either parent or guardian of said minor <br />permitting said minor to frequent and play pool in said permises, <br />which said consent shall state the name and address of the parent or <br />guardian and the minor, setting forth the birth date of the minor, <br />the premises to which the consent applies and any limitations on said <br />consent, and provided further that such written consent shall be kept <br />and made available by the operator of said premises to any member of the <br />Police Department of the City of Martinsville at any time upon demand of <br />said police officer. Any person, firm or corporation who violates any <br />provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon <br />conviction shall be fined not less than Five Dollars ($5.00) nor more <br />than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense. <br /> <br />If the offense violates the provision regarding the floor or story upon which <br />the poolroom or billiard room is located, each day the violation continues shall <br />constitute a separate offense. <br /> <br />Mr. R. A.
