<br />EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY OF MARTINSVILLE, VIRGINIA, FOR ITS FISCAL
<br />YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1973.

<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia,
<br />that the following sums of money be and are hereby appropriated--by

<br />Pursuant to the Planning Commission's recommendation, Council directed that
<br />
<br />a duly-advertised public hearing be conducted by the Planning Commission and
<br />
<br />City Council at Council's forthcoming July 25th meeting on an application
<br />
<br />of the Sixth Regional Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court for a Special-Use
<br />
<br />Permit which., if granted, will allow the establishing and operating of a
<br />
<br />probation House at the southwest corner of Cleveland Brown Streets, Council
<br />
<br />having been informed that--after diligent search--applicant has been unable
<br />
<br />to find any other suitable sites for the proposed Probation House.
<br />
<br />Upon recommendation of the Planning Commission, and in granting the June
<br />
<br />13th request of Messrs. Dan S. Robertson and William N. Pritchett for
<br />
<br />permission to connect their new warehouse (on Route 58 East, outside the
<br />
