<br />30 <br /> <br />TUESDAY <br /> <br />JANUARY 25, 1972 <br /> <br />/,,- <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and unanimously carried, Council authorized the <br /> <br />executing by appropriate City officials of an easement agreement (dated <br /> <br />December 30, 1971) with E. I. du Pont de Nemours & Company, granting to the <br /> <br />City a fifteen-foot (wide) right-of-way across du Pont property for the City's <br /> <br />South Askin Street sewer outfall line, thus replacing a temporary letter <br /> <br />license dated March 5, 1969. <br /> <br />,- <br /> <br />In tentative acceptance of the Planning Commission's recommendation thereon, <br /> <br />Council called for a duly-advertised public hearing to be conducted at its <br /> <br />forthcoming February 22nd meeting on Mr. C. J. Buck's petition (filed November <br /> <br />23, 1971) requesting the rezoning to "M-l Industrial" of his tract of land <br /> <br />fronting Stultz Road between Lester's Lane and Rahlway Street. <br /> <br />Also, in tentative acceptance of a Planning Commission recommendation, Council <br /> <br />called for a duly-advertised public hearing to be conducted at its forthcoming <br /> <br />February 22nd meeting on a petition filed December 14, 1971, by Roselawn Burial <br /> <br />Park, requesting the rezoning of a portion of petitioner's property, fronting <br /> <br />Valleydale Drive, to IJP_2 ProfessionallJ to permit the construction and operation <br /> <br />of a funeral home within the area requested rezoned. <br /> <br />Further, Council called for a duly-advertised public hearing to be conducted <br /> <br />also at its forthcoming February 22nd meeting on a proposal, approved by the <br /> <br />Planning Commission, to amend the City's Thoroughfare Plan to the extent of <br /> <br />relocating and realigning a portion of Stultz Road in the manner recommended <br /> <br />to Council at its meeting held October 26, 1971. <br />
