<br />1 <br /> <br />TUESDAY <br /> <br />MARCH 9, 1971 <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Director of Public Works George W. Brown outlined for Council the terms of <br /> <br />a proposed contract between the City and the H&A Corporation, under the terms <br /> <br />of which (contract) the Corporation would provide public improvements required <br /> <br />under the City's Subdivision regulations. The contract terms cover the <br /> <br />development of a tract of land located on the northeast side of Stultz Road, <br /> <br />adjacent to the City's northwestern corporate limits. In approval of said <br /> <br />.",- <br /> <br />contract, Council authorized the City Manager and Council's Clerk to execute <br /> <br />same on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and unanimously carried, Council adjourned into <br /> <br />an executive session pursuant to previously cited State Code regulations to <br /> <br />consider with Mr. Frank Fulton additional matters relating to his presentation <br /> <br />hereinbefore covered by these minutes and, also, to consider with City Manager <br /> <br />Noland a (non-related) personnel matter. <br /> <br />?~".". . <br />W.
