lJ

TUE SDAY

OCTOBER 13, 1970

"-""'-'-"

the entire drainage basin, that a method should be found whereby the
City's system could be extended into the various areas of this basin
in order to provide the best possible means of disposing of waste from
this area. We, therefore, request that the City extend a trunk line to
our property with the understanding that at our expense, we would pay
for the extension of a trunk line within our property, plus the
installation of the collector line needed to serve the street we have
opened.

If septic tanks are installed to provide sewer service for this
area, the City or Public Service Authority will at some future date have
to install lines to replace these tanks. We have discussed this matter
with the Public Service Authority, but have been unable to obtain any
assistance from them. We feel, however, that this area could best be
served by the City's sewage system.

Enclosed herewith is a map Showing the location of our subdivision,
the Mulberry Creek interceptor sewer line, and the line that would have
to be constructed to serve our property.

We would appreciate your earliest consideration of this matter,
since we are thinking of developing these lots in the near future.

Council referred to the Planning Commission and to a duly-constituted Board

of Viewers (the latter consisting of Messrs.
