<br />:1B <br /> <br />THURSDAY <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER 17, 1970 <br /> <br />of all driveways with a notation on the final plan showing the <br />approval of the Martinsville-Henry County Health Officer. There <br />may be placed on a lot or individual lots the necessary <br />administrative facilities such as a managerial office and <br />suitable space for the storage of equipment necessary to carry <br />out the owner1s responsibility. The owner shall be responsible <br />for recreational areas sufficient to serve the occupants of his <br />Mobile Home Court. <br /> <br />2. While it is the responsibility of the owner to carry out all <br />regulations, it is hereby required that the owner submit to the <br />respective tenants a copy of those rules and regulations for which <br />the individual tenant will be made responsible. <br /> <br />3. All necessary utility easements shall be granted to the City at no <br />cost, and all requirements of the City Code regarding usage of <br />utilities shall be complied with. Easements of access shall be <br />granted the City for reading of meters, refuse and garbage collection, <br />policing and such other purposes as may be deemed necessary by the <br />City. <br /> <br />4. The parking of travel trailers and/or campers, and the pitching of <br />tents will be prohibited; and overnight or weekly parking of mobile <br />homes will be prohibited. <br /> <br />5. The number of behicles will be limited to two licensed units to each <br />lot. Also, no major mechanical work, such as the overhauling of <br />motors, etc., will be allowed, and the accumulation of items or <br />materials generally regarded as junk or debris will not be permitted. <br /> <br />6. No tenants will be permitted to keep animals or pets. <br /> <br />7. It will be in the discretion of the owner as to whether to provide all <br />electric or a combination of gas, oil or electric utilities. <br /> <br />II. Safety Regulations: <br /> <br />1. It will be responsibility of the owner to provide outdoor lighting <br />to meet minimum street lighting standards of the City for residential <br />areas. <br /> <br />2. The Mobile Home Court owner shall see that adequate and safe steps <br />shall be provided for each of the mobile homes; and shall see that <br />each home shall have suitable underpinning, the same to be installed <br />within sixty (60) days of the placing of an individual mobile home. <br /> <br />3. The owner shall post adequate signs which will limit vehicular speeds <br />to ten miles per hour in the court area. <br /> <br />4. The owner shall cause to be kept a register containing the name of <br />the lessee of each lot space and the number of the lot occupied by <br />such lessee, all to be kept on a current basis and available at all <br />times for police inspection. <br />
