Council suggested that Public Works Director George W. Brown <br /> <br />study this request and problem, and report back to Council with a <br /> <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />Council also referred to Public Works Director George W. Brown a complaint <br /> <br />registered by a citizen residing on Glade Street, relating to alledged <br /> <br />damaging of properties in the area by surface-water flooding and the lack <br /> <br />of a sufficient number of storm drains.
