Adams and Dr. William D. <br /> <br />Lewis on behalf of J. R. S. Enterprises, seeking a Special-Use Permit to allow <br /> <br />construction by petitioner of a medical complex (or office building) on a tract <br /> <br />on the north side of Northside Drive, adjacent to the site of the new Martinsville <br /> <br />General Hospital now under construction. In order to accommodate petitioner, <br /> <br />,-, <br /> <br />Council urged expeditious handling of this matter by the Commission and, <br /> <br />furthermore, suggested that the required public hearings be jointly <br /> <br />conducted by Council and the Commission at the earliest possible date, perhaps <br /> <br />being Council's forthcoming January 27th meeting. <br />
