That Council enter into another agreement with this firm which would authorize <br /> <br />these consultants to make a complete parking study and report of the Central <br /> <br />Business District. A firm proposal for this work is being prepared by the <br /> <br />consultants. It is estimated that this study will cost between $6,000 and <br /> <br />$9,000. <br /> <br />3. That Council authorize the employment of the following firms to appraise various <br /> <br />properties involved in the first phase of the redevelopment of the CBD: <br /> <br />a. Burch-Hodges & Stone - Ed Saville <br /> <br />b. Childress & West - T. J. Childress <br /> <br />On motion made, seconded, and carried unanimously, Council accepted the recommendation of the <br /> <br />CBD Commission, authorized the City administration to execute the two contracts suggested and <br /> <br />the employment of the two appraisers.
