<br />78 <br /> <br />TUESDAY <br /> <br />OCTOBER 30, 1973 <br /> <br />unanimously carried, Council convened into Executive Session to receive a staff <br /> <br />report and briefing on legal matters and aspects relating to these requests. <br /> <br />Following this Executive Session, Council reconvened into regular and special <br /> <br />session where, upon motion (duly seconded and unanimously carried), Council <br /> <br />indicated its willingness and readiness to enter into an agreement or contract <br /> <br />with the Henry County Public Service Authority as to the method of allocating <br /> <br />the capacity of the regional sewerage facilities to the political subdivisions <br /> <br />involved. <br /> <br />With reference to the Public Service Authority's inquiry as to the possibility <br /> <br />of the City selling its Industrial Park water system to the Authority, Council <br /> <br />announced that--should it wish to sell the system--the authorization must first <br /> <br />come from the qualified voters of the City, pursuant to and subject to Section <br /> <br />2(16) of Chapter 1 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />Council was adjourned. <br /> <br />\' <br /> <br />W.
