<br />.72 <br /> <br />TUESDAY <br /> <br />OCTOBER 9, 1973 <br /> <br />House of Furniture, Inc.) requesting the rezoning from its present commercial <br /> <br />classification to residential usage of that property identified as Lot No. 33 <br /> <br />on Boden Street. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and unanimously carried, Council convened into <br /> <br />Executive Sessimn for the purposes of receiving briefings from the City's <br /> <br />legal consultant, from the City's staff legal counsel, and from the City's <br /> <br />staff members with reference to contractual matters involving the Henry <br /> <br />County Public Service Authority, as previously referred to in these minutes; <br /> <br />and, also, to consider the acquisition of real estate hereinbefore referred <br /> <br />to in these minutes as the "Old City Shopll. <br /> <br />At the conclusion of said Executive Session, Council reconvened into <br /> <br />regular session wherein--upon motion, duly seconded and unanimously <br /> <br />carried--Council authorized and directed the beginning immediately of <br /> <br />negotiations with the Henry County Public Service Authority and/or appropriate <br /> <br />Henry County officials on the Authority's request for enlargement and extension <br /> <br />of sewer service contract (executed April 27, 1971) and on the Authority's <br /> <br />inquiry pertaining to the City's water system in the City's Industrial Park. <br /> <br />Council was adjourned. <br /> <br />W.
