<br />t ,1 <br /> <br />TUESDAY <br /> <br />JULY 10, 1973 <br /> <br />.....----< <br /> <br />Council agreed to conduct its annual review, in connection with petitions for curb-and- <br /> <br />gutter and/or sidewalk, on Monday, August 13, 1973. <br /> <br />Councilman W. Donald Hartford, Chairman of the Highway Safety Commission, notified <br /> <br />Council and the public that the Commission will conduct a tour of the City on Monday, <br /> <br />July 16, 1973, in the interest of further eliminating "blind" intersections and traffic <br /> <br />hazards within the City, meanwhile inviting citizens to call to the Commission's <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />attention any such hazards as may exist in order that the Commission--if not already <br /> <br />aware of such hazards--might include these in its study and efforts toward eliminating <br /> <br />such hazards. <br /> <br />As hereinbefore directed, and there being no other business to come before the <br /> <br />Council, Council convened into an Executive Session for the purpose herebefore <br /> <br />set out, following which (Executive Session) Council reconvened into regular session, <br /> <br />announcing that it had discussed the aforesaid contractual matter and that no decision <br /> <br />had been reached. <br /> <br />Council was adjourned. <br /> <br />>,~ <br />-',~ ~'~-~ <br />W.
