Since the tags had been scheduled <br /> <br />to go on sale on March 1st, it was explained that this delay would be an unavoidable <br /> <br />inconvenience to a number of citizens but that the State Penitentiary, now <br /> <br />manufacturing the plates, had promised delivery in time to have the plates ready <br /> <br />for placing on sale by Monday, March 5. <br /> <br />/....-.. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 P.M. <br /> <br />" <br />T.
