Canupp, Jr., as a special committee <br /> <br />to study the foregoing proposals and recommendations and to present its <br /> <br />findings to the Council. Mayor West, furthermore, in commenting upon the <br /> <br />role of City Council as representatives of all citizens and the intent of <br /> <br />Council to exert its efforts for the overall good of the City, assigned <br /> <br />high priority to the revitalization of the downtown business district and, <br /> <br />too, commended Mr. N. S. schottland for his individual interest and study, <br /> <br />as evidenced by Mr. Schottland's recent letter citing the town of Mt.
