<br />( "'0 <br />~:J <br /> <br />TUESDAY <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 9, 1976 <br /> <br />as specified in "2-b" above, if applicable, and (c) <br />conferences, where deemed advisable, with the subdivider <br />on changes deemed necessary, the commission shall, <br />within thirty days following the meeting specified in <br />paragraph 2 above, act thereon as submitted, or modified, <br />and if approved, the commission shall express its <br />approval as conditional approval and state the conditions, <br />if any, of such approval, or if disapproved, shall express <br />its disapproval and its reasons therefor. Conditional <br />approval, however, shall not be granted for a subdivision <br />situated in a flood hazard area unless in the opinion of <br />the Board and Commission the proposed subdivision and <br />improvements can be accomplished in accordance with the <br />objectives and requirements of the Flood Plain Ordinance. <br /> <br />- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Martinsvi1le, <br />Virginia, in regular meeting assembled this ninth day of November, <br />1976, that paragraph 2 of subsection "A" and paragraph 1 of sub- <br />section "B" of Section V of the City's Subdivision Ordinance <br />be--and are hereby--amended to include the following, <br />respectively: <br /> <br />A. Plats and data for conditional approval. <br /> <br />2. Preliminary plat (etc.) <br /> <br />i. The location and boundaries of all flood <br />hazard areas situated within and <br />immediately adjacent to the property proposed <br />for subdivision. <br /> <br />B. Plats and data for final approval. <br /> <br />1. Final plat (etc.) <br /> <br />o. The location and boundaries of all flood <br />hazard areas situated within the property <br />proposed for subdivision. <br /> <br />Upon second reading, Council unanimously adopted the following ordinance providing <br /> <br />for the biennial assessment and equalization of real estate within the City of <br /> <br />Martinsville, as recommended by the City's Commissioner of the Revenue: <br />
