2{\ u TUESDAY JULY 13, 1976 Upon recommendation of Mr. S. S. Flythe, Sr., Chairman of a Nominating Committee and a member of the Local Board of Patrick Henry Community College, Council unanimously reappointed Mrs. William R. (Virginia S.) Windle and Mr. Rieves S. Hodnett to membership on said Local Board for three-year terms expiring June 30, 1979; and appointed Mr. Charles M. Stone and Mr. H. Grady Moore, Jr., to membership on said Board for four-year terms expiring June 30, 1980, to replace Messrs. Charles C. Broun and John D. Richmond, who were ineligible for reappointment at the expiration of their terms on June 30, 1976. Council expressed appreciation to the two reappointees as well as to the two terminating members for their services to the community during their tenures as Local Board members. Upon recommendation of Police Chief Frank A. Gard, Sr., and upon motion, duly seconded and unanimously carried, Council adopted the following ordinance, effective July 14, 1976, amending certain sections of Chapter 10, Article III, of the City Code, pertaining to driving or operating motor vehicles within the City while under the influence of alcohol and/or narcotic drugs: BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Martinsvi11e, Virginia, in regular meeting assembled July 13, 1976, that Article III of Chapter 10 of the Code of the City of Martinsvi11e, Virginia (1971, and as amended) be and is hereby amended, as follows: Sec. 10-65. Prohibited.
