<br />(""'. <1 <br />~..L <br /> <br />TUESDAY <br /> <br />JUNE 22, 1976 <br /> <br />Also, upon motion, duly seconded and unanimously carried, Council authorized <br /> <br />the encumbering of $5,000.00 against the 1975-76 budget's street construction <br /> <br />materials account (lO-D <br /> <br />318-A) to provide unexpended funds designated for <br /> <br />the Roundabout Road curb-and-gutter project now in process but to be completed <br /> <br />in the 1976-77 fiscal year. <br /> <br />By letter dated June 11, 1976, Mr. J. B. Frith, of Ray D. Frith & Partners, <br /> <br />requested water service, for domestic use and (for) fire protection purposes, <br /> <br />for a building applicant proposes to construct on applicant's property identified <br /> <br />as a part of the "old Hedgecock brickyard" and (as) the King J. Via property in <br /> <br />or near the City's Industrial Park. Because of the effect of this requested <br /> <br />service upon the City's ability to provide water service, especially to those <br /> <br />to whom the City is already committed to serve, Council referred this request to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission for its consideration and recommendation. <br /> <br />Council was adjourned. <br /> <br />( :....
