Voting for the motion were Messrs. Greene, Hobson, and Boaz; and <br /> <br />voting against the motion were Messrs. Lester and Fitz-Hugh. Thus, the motion <br /> <br />carried. <br /> <br />,- <br /> <br />School Superintendent John D. Richmond informed Council that a current analysis <br /> <br />of School Fund expenditures for the current fiscal year indicates that an <br /> <br />additional $5,000.00 may be added to 1975-76 opening surplus. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and unanimously carried, Council authorized the <br /> <br />publication of a summary of the proposed 1975-76 City Budget, as accepted, <br /> <br />pursuant to applicable statutes, and the legal notice of a public hearing on <br /> <br />said proposed budget, which public hearing shall be conducted on Thursday, <br /> <br />June 19, 1975, in the Council Chamber, City Hall, beginning at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Council was adjourned. <br /> <br />/,,,,-, <br /> <br />)\ <br />W.
