Meanwhile, <br /> <br />Council--after expressing its appreciation to the Committee for its comprehensive study report-- <br /> <br />took the report under consideration and, also, directed that copies be forwarded to the Henry <br /> <br />County Board of Supervisors, Henry County Administrative officials, and the Henry County <br /> <br />Recreation Director to invite and ascertain their interest in joining with the City in <br /> <br />implementing recommended improvements, particularly inasmuch as the City's water reservoir is <br /> <br />located in the County of Henry and its recreational facilities are available to residents of <br /> <br />Henry County. <br /> <br />Council unanimously adopted (by reference) an ordinance establishing terms and conditions by <br /> <br />which the City provides electric service to the City's retail electric service customers. <br />
