Meanwhile, Council--after expressing its appreciation to the Committee for its comprehensive study report-- took the report under consideration and, also, directed that copies be forwarded to the Henry County Board of Supervisors, Henry County Administrative officials, and the Henry County Recreation Director to invite and ascertain their interest in joining with the City in implementing recommended improvements, particularly inasmuch as the City's water reservoir is located in the County of Henry and its recreational facilities are available to residents of Henry County. Council unanimously adopted (by reference) an ordinance establishing terms and conditions by which the City provides electric service to the City's retail electric service customers.
