Although <br />still considered generally desirable, the improvement is not considered vital to <br />the necessary yield of the reservoir. Final omission of the element will require <br />the concurrence of DHUD. We have a tentative indication that this will not pose a <br />major problem. <br /> <br />Revised Estimated Cost: -0- <br />
