Council took the report and its recommendations <br /> <br />under study. <br /> <br />Pursuant to a recent contract entered into by the City with the firm of Scoggins, Sellers <br /> <br />& Associates, of Athens, Georgia, Mr. John Scoggins (of this firm) presented a "Data <br /> <br />Processing Survey - Findings and Recommendations" report as a guide and aid for the <br /> <br />development, implementation and operation of a low-cost information (i.e.. data) processing <br /> <br />system for the City of Martinsville and the Martinsville City School System. jointly or <br /> <br />separately or in conjunction with the County of Henry (now in the process of up-grading <br /> <br />its system).
