Fayette <br />Street and 100 Sellers Street, known on the Tax Map of the <br />City of Martinsville as 31(2) H/ 17R. 17S, 3R, 18 from R-6 <br />Residential to C-3 Commercial. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on October 19,2006 at the <br />request of Earl Lawrence on behalf of the H. M. Talburt Trust to rezone this <br />property.
