Meanwhile, <br /> <br />Councilman Oakes requested a report from the City Manager as to what the City's <br /> <br />conservation-and-curtailment plans entail. <br /> <br />In response to Councilman Greene's inquiry as to the status of the current <br /> <br />up-dating of the City's Land-Use Plan, Public Works Director-Assistant City Manager <br /> <br />George W. Brown, Chairman of the CBD Commission, and Planning Commission Chairman <br /> <br />James H.
