Meeks and Judy R. Meeks, husband and wife, an ease- <br /> <br />ment and right-of-way to traverse, via a small unimproved road, the "Cahill Place" property <br /> <br />the City recently purchased from the Prillaman-King group for prison farm usage, it being <br /> <br />noted that the Meeks previously held this right and that the granting of this easement will <br /> <br />not affect or interfere with the City's plans for and usage of this property. <br /> <br />In connection with Council's action of August 10, 1982, whereby the publishing (in advance) <br /> <br />of the agenda for each regular Council meeting through December 31, 1982, was authorized <br /> <br />and directed, Council took no action to extend this authorization or directive beyond said <br /> <br />December 31st. <br /> <br />Council unanimously directed that a public hearing be conducted by Council at its forth- <br /> <br />coming January 11th meeting on a proposal, recommended by the Planning Commission, that <br /> <br />the street situated east of Mulberry Road and heretofore known as both "Jefferson Street" <br /> <br />and as "Jefferson Circle" be officially designated as "Jefferson Circle". <br /> <br />Mrs. Mabelle S.
