<br />TUESDAY <br /> <br />DECEMBER 14, 1982 <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and unanimously carried by a recorded vote, and pursuant to <br /> <br />Section 2.1-344(a)(2) of the CODE OF VIRGINIA (1950, and as amended), Council convened <br /> <br />into an Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the possible disposition of City- <br /> <br />owned property. Upon reconvening into regular session, Council took no action on this <br /> <br />matter, announcing that no interest is now evident on the part of businesses or individuals <br /> <br />in purchasing the City's three lots at the south corner of Brown Street at Ellsworth Street, <br /> <br />on which appraisals have been recently obtained pursuant to Council's authorization of <br /> <br />November 9, 1982. <br /> <br />The meeting was declared adjourned. <br /> <br />w. <br /> <br /> <br />, Clerk of Council <br />
