Randolph Wells on behalf of Garrett Wells & Associates, to <br /> <br />allow for joint wall construction on a side property line between lots identified as <br /> <br />Lot No. 3-R1 and Lot No. 3-R2, situated at 938 Banks Road, as shown on Plat of Survey <br /> <br />prepared for petitioner by J. A. Gustin & Associates under date of May 25, 1982. <br /> <br />Upon recommendation of the Planning Commission, Council unanimously called for a duly- <br /> <br />advertised public hearing to be conducted jointly by Council and the Planning Commission <br />
