<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, in
<br />regular meeting assembled this eighth day of June, 1982, that the following
<br />sums of money be and hereby are appropriated--by funds--for the City's
<br />fiscal year ending June 30, 1983, from the following fund sources of
<br />estimated revenue:

<br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by said Council that, an emergency existing, this
<br />ordinance shall be in force on and after July 1, 1982.

<br />In tentative acceptance of the Planning Commission's recommendation (for approval),
<br />
<br />Council unanimously called for a duly-advertised public hearing to be conducted by
<br />
<br />Council at its forthcoming June 22nd meeting on an application for a Special-Use
<br />
<br />Permit, as filed by Mr. G. Randolph Wells on behalf of Garrett Wells & Associates, to
<br />
<br />allow for joint wall construction on a side property line between lots identified as
<br />
<br />Lot No. 3-R1 and Lot No. 3-R2, situated at 938 Banks Road, as shown on Plat of Survey
<br />
<br />prepared for petitioner by J. A. Gustin & Associates under date of May 25, 1982.
<br />
<br />Upon recommendation of the Planning Commission, Council unanimously called for a duly-
<br />
<br />advertised public hearing to be conducted jointly by Council and the Planning Commission
<br />
