Substitute 1<29-213.19 Ii for "29-194.11'. <br />Appointment- of Animal Warden.10 <br /> <br />The city manager shall appoint an animal warden, and may also <br />appoint one or more deputy animal wardens, who shall have the <br />power to enforce all laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations <br />for the protection or control of domestic animals and to issue <br />tickets, citations, or summonses for violations thereof. The <br />appointment of any animal warden or deputy animal warden shall <br />in no way limit or restrict the power or authority of any police <br />officer or other law enforcement officer to enforce such laws, <br />ordinances, rules, and regulations. <br /> <br />Footnote: <br /> <br />10.
