OB TUESDAY MAY 24, 1983 whereupon motion, duly seconded and unanimously carried, Council adopted said pro- posed amendments (designed to eliminate some conflict and to clarify some set-back requirements in the current Zoning Ordinance), as follows: BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, in regular meeting assembled this twenty-fourth day of May, 1983, that Paragraph K of Section V, District Use Regulations, of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, be--and is hereby-- amended by the adding thereto the following to sub-paragraph 1: 1. ... except those uses set forth in subparagraph 2 of Paragraph J in the C-1A District. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, in regular meeting assembled this twenty-fourth day of May, 1983, that Paragraph A of Section VI, Dimension Regulations, of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, be--and is hereby-- amended by adding thereto P-2, C-1A, C-2 and C-3 Districts to sub- paragraph 1 to read as follows: 1.
