<br />OB <br /> <br />TUESDAY <br /> <br />MAY 24, 1983 <br /> <br />whereupon motion, duly seconded and unanimously carried, Council adopted said pro- <br /> <br />posed amendments (designed to eliminate some conflict and to clarify some set-back <br /> <br />requirements in the current Zoning Ordinance), as follows: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, <br />in regular meeting assembled this twenty-fourth day of May, 1983, <br />that Paragraph K of Section V, District Use Regulations, of the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, be--and is hereby-- <br />amended by the adding thereto the following to sub-paragraph 1: <br /> <br />1. ... except those uses set forth in subparagraph 2 of <br />Paragraph J in the C-1A District. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, <br />in regular meeting assembled this twenty-fourth day of May, 1983, <br />that Paragraph A of Section VI, Dimension Regulations, of the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, be--and is hereby-- <br />amended by adding thereto P-2, C-1A, C-2 and C-3 Districts to sub- <br />paragraph 1 to read as follows: <br /> <br />1.
