<br />~.80 <br /> <br />MONDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 1985 <br /> <br />Upon inquiries from both Mayor Cole and Vice-Mayor Severt, City Manager Brown in- <br /> <br />formed Council of the status of both the Mulberry Road Extension Project and the <br /> <br />Watt Street Improvements Project; also, at the request of Vice-Mayor Severt, Mr. <br /> <br />Brown indicated that he will soon prepare for Council an updated report on the <br /> <br />effects upon the City of recently-enacted legislation governing overtime pay and/ <br /> <br />or compensatory time for municipal employees. <br /> <br />In accordance with the requirements of Section 2.1-344(2) of the CODE OF VIRGINIA <br /> <br />(1950, and as amended) and upon motion, duly seconded and unanimously carried by <br /> <br />a recorded vote, Council convened into an Executive Session for the purpose of <br /> <br />discussing the possible disposing of two parcels of City-owned property.
