There being no <br /> <br />opposition to this petition expressed by any citizen, Mayor Cole declared the public <br /> <br />hearing closed; whereupon motion, duly seconded and unanimously carried, Council <br /> <br />accepted the Planning Commission's recommendation and effected said requested rezoning <br /> <br />through unanimous adoption of the following ordinance amending the City's Zoning Map: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, in <br />regular meeting assembled, that the Zoning Map of the City of Martinsville <br />be--and is hereby--amended to the extent that Lot #108 at 519 Dillard <br />Street is hereby rezoned from R-9 Residential to M-1 Industrial. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by said Council that, an emergency existing, this <br />ordinance shall be in force on and after November 26, 1985. <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />~) ~)3 <br />~L .:", <br />
