The proposed providing of in-town travel allowances for mem- <br />bers of various boards and/or commissions; <br /> <br />17. The City's street maintenance-construction programs; <br /> <br />18. The Water Fund's meter replacement/repair program, and its <br />construction program; <br /> <br />19. The wastewater treatment plant personnel training; <br /> <br />20. Recommended retirement stipends and/or paying for accumulated <br />sick leave (under certain conditions); <br /> <br />21. The City's Prison Farm operations (fund); and <br /> <br />22. The need for additional information on several of the fore- <br />going topics. <br /> <br />Because of prior commitments on the part of one or more members of Council, Council <br /> <br />unanimously cancelled its special budget work-session meeting scheduled for Friday, <br /> <br />April 25th, and agreed to meet in special budget work-session meeting on Tuesday, <br /> <br />April 22nd, at 1:30 P.M., as well as in its already-scheduled work-session meeting <br /> <br />on Monday, April 28th. <br /> <br />Mayor Cole then declared this meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />Council <br />
