Nays (0) -None. <br /> <br />Appointments to Boards and Commissions as authorized by Subsection <br /> <br /> <br />1 - Council Member Ferrill moved to re-appoint Marvin F. Hobson of 410 Fifth <br /> <br /> <br />Street and William T. Smith of 400 Blue Ridge Street to three-year terms on the <br /> <br /> <br />Board of Zoning Appeals ending September 11, 2009; the motion was duly <br /> <br /> <br />seconded and carried by the following vote, with all members voting: Vote 5-0. <br /> <br /> <br />Yeas (5) - Reynolds, Clark, Anderson, Ferrill, Lawson.
