Nays (0) <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Council Member Anderson moved to re-appoint Hal Hubener of 1507 <br /> <br />Whittle Road to a three-year term on the Southern Area Agency on Aging Board <br /> <br />ending September 28, 2009; the motion was duly seconded and carried by the <br /> <br />following vote, with all members voting: Vote 5-0. Yeas (5) - Reynolds, Clark, <br /> <br />Anderson, Ferrill, Lawson.
