To date, all concerns in the Southside <br />area have been resolved or measures are underway to resolve the situation. Citizens making <br />complaints have been notified of status either by phone or letter. <br /> <br />· This graph includes 398 actual complaints recorded for this area for the 12 month period <br />between September 2005 and September 2006. Of the 398 complaints recorded, 339 have been <br />resolved and 59 are presently pending with measures being taken to correct situation. Duplicate <br />complaints on the same address are noted on attached report. <br /> <br />· Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and it does not <br />include routine calls for service.
