Yeas: (5) Cobbe, Reynolds, Roop, Ferrill, Clark. <br /> <br />Nays: (0) None. <br /> <br />There was no business from the floor. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Reynolds moved to approve the following Consent Agenda <br /> <br />items (Attachment A); the motion was duly seconded and carried by the <br /> <br />following vote, with all members voting: Vote 5-0. Yeas (5) - Cobbe, Reynolds, <br /> <br />Roop, Ferrill, Clark. Nays (0) -None. <br /> <br />· Accept in FY06 budget $23,025 in the School Fund. $20,000 is a <br />Harvest Grant for staff development at the Middle School. $2,724 are <br />insurance checks and $301 is fuel reimbursement. <br /> <br />· Accept in FY06 budget $32,604 in the General Fund. $15,597 are <br />confiscated Assets for the Police and Commonwealth's Attorney. $2,604 <br />is for the Senior Center from Donations and a Federal Grant. $7,065 is <br />for the Circuit Court Clerk from the State. $3,138 is a Grant for Victim <br />Witness and $2,700 is an insurance settlement. $1,500 from a DCJS <br />grant to purchase supplies for the bike rodeo <br /> <br />· Accept $13,000 in the Electric Fund for sale of equipment. <br /> <br />· Accept in FY06 budget $441,929 in the General Fund. This money is a <br />Federal Grant for the Dental Clinic. <br /> <br />Council Member Ferrill made a motion that Council approve the plan to <br /> <br />construct a manufacturing facility on lot 5 at the Patriot Centre as presented to <br /> <br />Council at a joint meeting with Henry County and the M-HCEDC on April 24, <br /> <br />2006. After the motion was duly seconded and discussion, it was carried by the <br /> <br />following vote, all members voting: Vote: 5-0. Yeas: (5) - Cobbe, Reynolds, <br /> <br />Roop, Ferrill, Clark. Nays: (0)- None. <br />
