Absent (1) - Clark. <br /> <br />Council next conducted a public hearing and considered adoption, on <br /> <br />first reading of Ordinance on a request from Toni Geter to rezone property at <br /> <br />16 Geter Street from C-3 Commercial to R-9 Residential. <br /> <br />Wayne Knox, <br /> <br />Director of Community Development, explained that owner desires to build a <br /> <br />single-family residence on the property. After questions by Council, Mayor <br /> <br />Cobbe opened the public hearing. No one spoke and Mayor Cobbe then <br /> <br />declared the public hearing closed.
