The Articles of Agreement and the <br />By-laws are enclosed for review. <br /> <br />Please have the City Council review and indicate their approval of these Articles of <br />Agreement by adoption of a resolution and copy of resolution mailed to Dan River ASAP <br />147 Deer Run Road, Danville, Virginia 24540. <br /> <br />Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
